Sharaf Abad-Hize Jan exploration area is one of the five anomalous zones in Arasbaran, eastern Azerbaijan province, 30Km NW Varzaghan, which covers a total area of 15 Km2 and located in the following coordinates:
46o 28' 45" to 46o 31' 41" E
38o 36' 14" to 38o 38' 02" N
Mazra'eh Shadi mineralization located in southwestern part of the Sharaf Abad-Hize Jan study area on the scale of 1:5000, considered for modeling.
Modeling of the ore body made on the basis of exploration operation data including 11 trenches, 13 boreholes and 394 chemical analyses.
In order to study wall-rock body and its spatial location analysis, topographic 3-D model of the Mazra'eh Shadi mineralized area made by the aid of irregular triangulation DEM.
In the Mazra'eh Shadi mineralized area, 11 vertical geological sections were made based on the exploration excavations model. In order to provide a more detailed and comprehensive modeling of gold-bearing veins, auxiliary sections were used where spacing of the sections were much, difference was conspicuous and for the end parts of the veins.
Finally, we made a 3-D modeling of the deposit, considering vertical geological sections, correlating ore-bearing zones and collimating the results.
