Chaikhoran Palace is a rectangle building in a great area, on a high land with one floor. Access to this structure is with doorsteps at the east part.
Chaikhoran building has two entrances; the main entrance leads to three rooms from eastern corridor and in the other side leads to northern foyer. There is another corridor at southern part of palace, which relates rooms to services. This building has a balcony with 10 rasped wooden columns at northern part. Around the doors, windows, and the roofs are covered by acrography. Architecture of this palace is influenced by Mazandaran traditional architecture. Now it is used as Chalous cultural heritage office.
